After completing her medical training in Plastic, Reconstructive and Aesthetic Surgery at the Saint-Louis, Sainte-Anne and Rothchild hospitals in Paris, Dr. Gisella Criollo has developed her career as a researcher and educator in facial anatomy close to Dr. Patrick Trévidic.
In 2010 she became a member of the Expert2Expert group. She has taught the facial anatomy and its application to the aesthetic facial injections for more than 10 years in France and recently in Spain. Thanks to her in-depth knowledge of facial anatomy, she is able to perform high-level cadaver dissections with dexterity and care.
Dr. Criollo has conducted and participated in scientific studies on the subject of human facial anatomy, aesthetic medicine and surgery. She has published more than eight peer-reviewed scientific articles in indexed journals, as well as coauthored more than five books.
Currently, she is the Scientific Director of the Expert2Expert group, a team of renowned international experts in the aesthetic field, dedicated to research, medical education and sharing of that knowledge.
