Pierfrancesco Bove, born on September 3, 1977, in Nocera Inferiore, Italy, is a medical professional specialized in maxillofacial surgery. He began his medical studies at the Faculty of Medicine and Surgery of the Secondary University of Naples (SUN) in 1995 and graduated in 2006 with a score of 100/110. Bove completed his training in maxillofacial surgery at SUN in 2013 and has been actively involved in clinical research, resulting in scientific publications and participation in national and international conferences.

From 2002 to 2007, he attended the Department of Maxillofacial Surgery at SUN, where he gained experience in cytology, histopathology, and diagnostic methods for precancerous and oral cancer. He also attended the Institute of Anatomy and Histology in 2002 and the Department of Pathology at the University of Ancona in 2007, focusing on histochemical and immunohistochemical diagnostic techniques.

Bove has completed fellowships in maxillofacial and facial aesthetic surgery, orthognathic surgery, traumatology, regenerative and preprosthetic surgery, and implantology at various institutions in Italy and Spain. He has worked with renowned professors and has been involved in humanitarian missions abroad with the SOS ITALIA Association, including a mission in Tanzania in 2012.

Since 2006, he has been interested in sialoendoscopy of the major salivary glands and has been participating in research activities at the Department of Head and Neck Pathology at SUN since 2007. Bove is fluent in English and has a good knowledge of Spanish. He is committed to his work in the operating room, focusing on oral pathology, head and neck oncology, maxillofacial surgery, pathology of the salivary glands, traumatology, reconstructive surgery, microsurgery, regenerative and preprosthetic surgery, implantology, orthognathic surgery, and aesthetic facial surgery.
